The Wedding Process!
At Posh Manna, we strive to make your wedding cake planning process as easy as possible. We break it into three steps, here's how it will go:

Reach Out!
We first ask that you fill out the wedding inquiry form so that we can gather all of your basic information such as your date, venue, servings etc.
Having all of your info in one place helps us to determine if we are able to fulfill your order on the date you request.

Phone Consultation
&
Wedding Tasting
After we receive your inquiry form and determine that we can take on your order, we will reach out to you to schedule a phone consultation.
During the phone consultation, we will discuss all of your details in depth. We want to hear your wishes and help you with making any decisions to finalize your order! It is at this time that we will also discuss scheduling a wedding tasting if you wish to have one!

Leave it to Us!
After the phone consultation or tasting, give us some time to process your invoice and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Submit your deposit by the date it’s due and you’re all set! Trust that we’ve got the rest. You deserve it.
Wedding Essentials:
Cake and Cupcakes
Cupcakes and/or tiered cakes start at $6.00 per serving. Price is determined on the amount/selection of flavors, the number of tiers, and the extent of design.

Equipment Rentals
prices range from $10.00 to $35 each

We offer equipment such as:
- large cake stands that hold tiered cakes
- tall tiered trays for assorted pastries
- cutting utensils
- more upon request
Delivery and Set Up
priced per location and quantity
Full Service Cake Cutting
price starts at $350
Typically 4 - 6 hours and two employees, includes:
- assistance for bride and groom cake cutting tradition
- disassemble cake: cutting and serving
- package top tier for one year anniversary
- package to go boxes and distribution to guests
- package leftovers for bride and groom
- full cleanup
Gift Boxes
price starts at $30 per box minimum of 4 boxes

Macaron Favor Boxes
- option A. : includes 2 macarons, clear box, tissue, bow,
and assembly. you provide customized sticker label:
$6.50 a piece
- option B. : includes 2 macarons and assembly. you provide
the boxes, labels, bows, etc. of your choice:
$6 a piece.
Mirror Menus
price starts at $40 each

Rental includes mirror style of your choice with hand drawn calligraphy explaining your dessert details or any welcome statement you choose. Also includes floor or table easel
Tastings
Our cake tasting process is a way for you and your wedding party to not only indulge in some sweet treats, but to get to know your bakers as well. When you schedule a tasting, we set aside two and a half hours of one-on-one time with you right in our kitchen. This time is meant for you! We want to know what you like, dislike, and love.
During this time we will be creating your vision and sketching your design. All the while getting to know your personality so that we get everything just right.

You will try 12 cupcakes of varying flavors, several fillings and buttercreams, multiple macarons, and any other pastries that we have available or per request.
Anything you don’t finish will be packaged up to be sent home with you.
We have created a standard wedding tasting menu for those who want to try an array of our most popular flavors, but all flavors are customizable.
